As a longtime educator, coach, and parent of a child with ADHD, I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure what to try next — because I’ve been there. That lived experience fuels everything I do.
My mission is simple: To help families find calm, to help adults build clarity, and to help schools and workplaces become places where neurodivergent people don’t just get by — they thrive.
I do this through coaching that gets to the root of the challenge, tools that are built to work in your everyday life, and training that makes inclusion practical, not just theoretical.
