My mission is to help parents of ADHD kids move from daily stress and self-doubt to calm, confidence, and connection.

I guide families through strategies that bring more structure to routines, reduce daily power struggles, and strengthen the parent-child relationship.

Here’s what that looks like:

• Helping parents create a calm, consistent plan they can follow

• Offering practical tools and strategies grounded in lived experience and evidence-based practice

• Supporting children so they have the opportunity to grow, connect, and succeed on their own terms

I bring lived experience — both as an educator and as a parent raising a child with ADHD — along with coaching methods that are practical, empathetic, and grounded in real-world application.
